It is with humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the sudden passing on of  Hon. Justice Joseph Louis Onguto of the High Court of Kenya. Justice Onguto was the son of the late Richard Onguto and Mama Rose Onguto of Dudi Village, North Gem, Siaya County. Justice Onguto was the loving husband to Consolata Adhiambo Onguto and a doting father to Richard, David, Louisa and Walter. 

He was Son-in-law to Ex-Senior Chief Daudi Owino Olak and the late Mama Millicent Akoth Owino. Nephew to the late Humphreys Othino and Mama Benter Othino. Brother to Patrick, Christian, the late Mary, Dorry, Joseph, Victor, Wilfred, George, Peter, the late Millicent, Lina, Moses, and the late Jim. 

Brother-in-law to Eng. Frank Owino, Prof. Joseph Owino, Steve, Godfrey, Michael Ondondo, Caro, Margaret Apondi, Yuanita, Lilian, Judy, Rosemary Owino, Audrey, Josephine, Margaret, Ruth, Lillian Opiyo, Jessy, Patricia, Rose, Jessica, Riziki, Milly, Betty, Liz and Dorothy. He was uncle to Cheles, Linda, Yvonne Wamare, Corizon, Richard, Brian and Louis among others.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at his Nairobi residence.

There will be a requiem mass on Thursday 22nd March 2018 at 10:00am at Consolata Shrine, Westlands. Burial will take place on Saturday 24th March 2018 at Dudi Village, North Gem, Siaya County.
